Residential project with DGNB certificate for environmentally friendly building
The Fünf Morgen Berlin residential quarter has a DGNB certificate for environmentally friendly construction in gold - the first residential project ever in Berlin. Fittingly, the fire department access roads were implemented with the climate-neutral TTE® system.

Green parking spaces as a calling card
The Wohlhüter family opted for the greened TTE® variant for their customer parking lot measuring approx. 550 m2.
Implemented in 2013, the project is not only visually impressive. The paved walking areas for shopping carts and the 50% greened driving lane are also highly functional.

Flexibly usable area with special solution for anchoring tents
The new unsealed event and parking space of the town of Güstrow can be used flexibly. By using different colours of TTE® paving, the individual parking spaces were delineated from each other.
The cut-outs in the TTE® system allow event tents and rides to be anchored without any problems.

Visually integrated into the landscape
The surfer parking lot at Xantener Südsee was to be designed to look as near-natural as possible and optimally integrated into the landscape. Since the parking space is only used as a recreational parking space, i.e. very extensively, this could be realised with maximum greening of the surfaces.

Sustainable parking spaces matching the overall concept
Möbelhaus Kohler, a furniture store that stands for sustainability, also opted for a sustainable construction concept for its outdoor facilities.
With the TTE® system, not only could the sustainability aspect be fulfilled, but also a permeable area without stormwater fees realised.

Kühlungsborn Campsite
Near-natural holidays on sustainable surfaces
The family campsite Kühlungsborn chose the TTE® system for the sustainable and flexible paving of the parking areas for mobile homes. The main focus was on stabilising the turf surface without soil sealing. This protects the surface from being damaged by the stationary vehicles while allowing it to remain permeable to water.

Maintenance-free gravel pathways
For more than 18 years, visitors to the Münster Zoo have been able to walk along a gravel path with the TTE® system as reinforcement. Since then, the surface has been maintenance-free and heavy delivery and transport vehicles can also drive on it.

SAC area in Beeskow
A cycle path connecting peoples
In 2013, the town of Beeskow chose the TTE® system for the construction of gravel paths. Approximately 5,300 m2 of bike paths between Germany and Poland connecting the two peoples could thus be realised in the sensitive SAC area thanks to a permit funded by the EU.
