The perfect ground reinforcement system for equestrian sport

  • without earth excavation
  • on any desired subsurface
  • shock absorbing and therefore easy on the joints
  • guaranteed dewatering
  • etc.

See here how the TTEŽ system is used for building a horse walker

The floor of a horse walker is put under extreme stress by permanent loading always on the same "track". However, the floor must also, at the same time, allow running which is as gentle on the joints as possible. The TTEŽ system offers a solution for meeting these requirements through a combination of low wear water permeable paving with an elastic layer under the TTEŽ grid plates

The starting situation: Horse walker with partially earth and partially gravel as the base.
Step 1: Apply a thin layer of round gravel as a compensation and drainage layer.
Step 2: Marking out of the edges using a marking spray
Step 3: Putting the later border posts in place
Step 4: Laying of a water-permeable separating mesh (Aquatex)
Step 5: Distribution of the elastic layer, in this case fleece chaff (it is also alternatively possible to use wood chaff or a rubber granulate)
The layer thickness reduces later by a few centimetres due to the weight of the TTEŽ system
Step 6: The Aquatex separating mesh is folded inwards from the outside and includes the fleece chaff.
Step 7: The TTEŽ grid plates can now be used
Cutting to shape locally can be done using a power saw or circular saw (tungsten carbide blades)
Step 8: Insertion of the paving stones is very easy to do
The elastic TTEŽ paving is finished
An electric fence and wooden beams create the boundary at the sides
Wood chips (litter) can be applied as a thin layer for additional comfort
The result is something one can be proud of
View after use for a number of months
Care: Cleanse and even up the layer of chips
A feeling like the floor of a forest for your horses
