HÜBNER-LEE has demonstrated its innovative and inventive competence through numerous patent and utility model applications. The company’s own developments for various areas of application were continuously optimised and successfully tested by officially recognised institutions. The TTE® system developed by the company HÜBNER-LEE has developed from being an initial secret tip in the Equestrianism branch to become an internationally required top concept. TTE® riding arenas and TTE® paddocks have made a name for themselves throughout the whole world as the “dance floor for horses“.

Use of the TTE® system allows one to construct outside installations such as grassed parking spaces and paved surfaces, real ecological functions. Contrary to the situation with sealed surfaces, rain water drains away through TTE® surfaces directly at the surface and does not represent an extra load for the local sewage system. This is true not only for grassed areas but also for TTE® paved areas. Cleaning of the surface water occurs as if passing through a bio-filter through the built on and maintained humus layers preserved using the TTE® system which other “Eco-covering with a load bearing layer“ cannot offer due to their construction.

High water situations and climate changes demonstrate very clearly how urgent it is to have ecologically built on surfaces and that a rethinking process must take place in the direction “preserving drainage surfaces in connection with busy unsaturated ground zones“.

There are over 4,500 references available representing  1,500,000 m² of TTE® ground reinforcement in Europe (at 31.12.2008). These deliver proof on a daily basis of the high functional security of the TTE® system.

One should not forget the tried and tested products from recycled plastic which have been available for many years now for market gardens such as flexible CC way plates, various mobile plate systems and pot holders systems. The TTE® system also offers a favourably priced eco-solution for large reinforced areas which are normally used in the horticultural branches.

We are currently marketing about 5,000 tons of injection moulded, cast, pressed and deep drawn products made from recycled plastic.
